GroenLinks, the Dutch Green delegation in the European Parliament, is represented by three Members of Parliament (MEPs):
The GroenLinks MEPs are geared towards a better Europe:
- With respect for the environment and human rights
- In promotion of more freedom and security for all
- Working to reduce pollution and inequality
- In short: for a greener and left Europe
Transnational delegation
GroenLinks has formed a transnational delegation together with Mr. Bart Staes, MEP for the Flamish political party Groen! (Green!). This collaboration enables our parties to exchange valuable knowledge.
European Green Party
GroenLinks is a member of the European Green Party (EGP). The MEPs of EGP-member parties are part of the parliamentary group of the European Greens and the European Free Alliance (EFA) in the European Parliament.
The European Greens/EFA is the fourth largest group in the EU parliament with 55 MEPs of the 736 seats in the European Parliament.
